Sorry about the delay in getting my daily thoughts up to date. Something was wrong with my webserver connection. If it isn't one thing - it is another. I am updating -- the road to the National's- in the members section. I am still planning on doing a chat tonight- so I hope that some of you login! It turns out that the demo tape on Sat. that I shot at Powerhouse -- in Yonkers- turned out fine, despite the technical difficulties. So- if I can get some clips from that- I will put them up in the members section.

I am flying to Florida on Monday night -- so , I won't be able to update my site until I get back. I promise to take some pics. It is just for two days. I am then planning on flying to LA- to see my friend Hope Zarro and schedule photo shoots after the Olympia weekend.

Lot's of travel plans- which I hate before a competition. But- it is okay. I am going to have to learn how to deal with it.

Since I am a CDE this allows me to show them how to use the insulin pump, take insulin shots, show them how to use a glucose blood sugar meter, and help them with their diet. It is a very rewarding job. They are so appreciative of this service. They just love it when i walk through the door-they always ask about how I have "muscles". It seems to break the ice.

I gotta go to the gym and train my clients. I will be talking to you all tomorrow.
