Aug. 29th- 2002

Hello friends! I am officially starting my 12 week out pics today. My good photographer friend , Mike , is coming over tonight to take some shots. We are going to meet once a week to keep track of the progress. We are actually tossing around the idea of doing a " Road to Nationals" workout video. I was thinking of having him tape me training- hoping to get all my body parts in before the National's. I have the digital camera and the editing software. I think it would turn out awesome. It is just a matter of timing and getting the permission from the gyms that I train at.

Anyway- I will keep you posted. I am going to update my members gallery tonight with the new- road to National's 2002- tonight. Finally, right?

I started working more regularly with this gestational diabetes consulting company. Since I am a CDE this allows me to show them how to use the insulin pump, take insulin shots, show them how to use a glucose blood sugar meter, and help them with their diet. It is a very rewarding job. They are so appreciative of this service. They just love it when i walk through the door-they always ask about how I have "muscles". It seems to break the ice.

I gotta go to the gym and train my clients. I will be talking to you all tomorrow.
