Wow- I was tired today. I got up at 5:30a.m. -- did some cardio. I have to start to fire that up again. Then- I had three clients in a row and taught a body sculpt class. I then had to train back- fit that in there somewhere. I love that body part -- so I do not have to depend on a training partner for that body part.

I added Paypal for my store --- I am going to add some clothes from my photo's shoots. Own a little piece of history. I am going to include an autographed photo of me in the picture. Just coming up with more and more ideas to keep this site rockin and rollin!
