Aug. 17- 2002

The weekend is here! I have to do my Teleconference this morning- 9 a.m. for the diabetes consulting company that I work for. It is my day off from lifting- I am going to still do my cardio, abs, calves. I might throw in some rear delts. It should be a good day. NYC is still experiencing a HEAT WAVE! It is so HOT. Many of the gyms just can't keep up with the air conditioning. Another - FYI- my electric bill ( because of the air conditioning) for a studio apartment- $200/month. Is that crazy or what. Last summer- I didn't have to run my air conditioner as much as I have to this year. I just can't survive with just a fan. I live on the 16th floor and have a south side window which faces the sun. My apartment just gets HOT! You just have to lavish in the cost of living in NYC.

I am going to see a movie tonight with one of my best friends- Isabella. I am a cheeseball- but, I want to see Triple XXX. I don't think she is into those types of movies- I just think Vin Diesel is sooooo cute.

I am shooting a workout video next Saturday. I is going to be shot at the Powerhouse gym in the Bronx. Once it is edited -- I will let you know.
